VIP Package Terms & Conditions

Eligibility & Entry
Packages are open to guests of all ages*. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

All guests must bring a valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on the order.

Guests unable to present matching identification may be denied entry and/or package fulfillment.

A signed waiver and release of liability may be required as a condition of entry.

*Shows at Turf Club, Wonder Bar, and Skinny Dennis require a 21+ age. Snug Harbor requires attendees to be 18 years of age.

Event Information & Communications
Purchasers will be contacted 3–5 days prior to the event with important details including the event schedule, VIP check-in location, check-in time, and instructions for package pickup.

This information will be sent from nicoleatkins@apollomerchco.com to the email address and/or phone number provided at the time of purchase.

If you have not received this communication at least 3 days prior to the event, please contact us using the provided support email above.

VIP Merchandise & Fulfillmentications
All merchandise included in the VIP package must be collected onsite at the designated VIP check-in area (or other designated location) on the day of the event.

Items will not be shipped and cannot be collected after the event. Failure to check in on-site will result in forfeiture of all package inclusions.

If you need to assign an alternate pick-up name, please contact us within 10 days of purchase.

Ticketing & Sales Policy
All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, transfers, or resales are permitted.

VIP packages and all associated elements will be rendered invalid if resold or transferred.

Partial attendance at a single-day or multi-day event does not qualify for a refund or partial reimbursement.

This offer is not valid for packages purchased via resale platforms.

Changes, Availability & Event Modifications
Event details including dates, venue locations, inclusions, merchandise, and VIP program
elements are subject to change or cancellation at any time without prior notice.

The artist, tour promoter, ticketing company, venue, and affiliated partners reserve the right to modify or offer additional items or packages at their sole discretion.

We are not responsible for inaccurate or outdated information provided at the time of purchase that may result in undelivered or incomplete package fulfillment.

Photography & Media Release
By purchasing and attending the VIP package, you consent to being photographed at the event.

These images may be included in group albums accessible to other attendees and may be used by Apollo Merch Co., the photographer, and/or the artist for promotional purposes.

Communications & Marketing Consent
By purchasing this package, you agree to receive promotional and marketing communications from Apollo Merch Co. You may opt out of these communications at any time.
